Shipping: We ship nationally within the United States and internationally, to most countries. We ship all international packages by the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges within the continental United States are set at a flat rate fee of $4.99 per item by Wellspring Resources. For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and our international customers, please inquire with us regarding shipping rates, as they tend to vary.
Returns: If for ANY reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. It is our way of assuring you that we guarantee you'll enjoy our products. And if you do not, then we will do everything to make your business experience with Wellspring Resources the most enjoyable. You have up to 30 days to return merchandise · Returns within our policy are not questioned for any reason. When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers’ needs and assists us in developing better products. When returning items you have three available options. · You may exchange it for something else · You may ask for a Wellspring Resources store credit redeemable on your next order · You may ask for a refund to your credit card. PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to accept returns for international orders, custom blended orders, or materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. All essential oils which you had ordered in 4 ounce or larger sizes, require calling our returns department for authorization at (405-834-8279). All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to Wellspring Resources is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Wellspring Resources. Please note that due to their highly volatile nature and cost Essential oils, Absolutes and Hydrosols are not covered under this policy. They will have to be returned in one week, unopened in their original containers for full refund.
